TRANSPERSONAL PSYCHOLOGY OF WHITE BROTHERHOOD AND THE MASTER BEINSA DOUNO IN THE PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC METHOD "AFFECTIVE RESTRUCTURING"

The psychotherapy "Affective restructuring" is an integral approach towards the human mental, and in it implicitly are included the cognitive, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies, scheme-focusing psychotherapy, psycho-dynamic approaches, the analytical psychotherapy, the systematic approach, as well as the whole diversity of methods of the most powerful and exhaustive psychotherapy: the transpersonal one. I underline that the inclusion of the diversity of the psychotherapeutic approaches of question is exactly implicit, in the sense of embracing of rather their deep structural processes than their manifestation in the form of concrete methods, which may vary, depending on the concrete school, subschool and personal characteristics of the therapists, who apply them.

In the core of the "affective restructuring" stands the method of the spiritual graft, given by the great transpersonal psychologist (I dare to qualify him exactly so) Petar Danov (Beinsa Douno).

The difference in the method is the following:

• The link and the identification with the supreme Self of the individual, which plays the role of a leader and a basic integrating and reconstructing principle in the next stages of the therapy

• "The close" catching, sublimation and transformation of the ill emotion under the control of the supreme Self (superconsciousness, metacognition...)

The teacher Beinsa Douno (Petar Danov) teaches lots of therapeutical methods, having powerful transforming impact on the whole human mental. I must emphasize that the "affective restructuring", in the core itself of its basic method, as well as in a big part of its subsidiary methods, is inspired exactly by the transpersonal psychology, taught by Beinsa Douno, and part of his methods are included directly, and others in a translated into psychological language and approach form.

Here are some methods, given by the Teacher Beinsa Douno, which the "Affective Restructuring" implements directly in their original form in the sphere of psychotherapy:

1. Work with light - each color bears a certain vibration, wave length and has a specific impact on the human psycho-physical organism. The red color bears vitality and energy; the orange one - individualization and independence; the yellow one - intellect, logical, analogical cognition; the green one - health and wealth; the blue one - spirituality and believe in the supreme ideals and cosmic order; the violet one - pure spiritual power and will.

Each color corresponds to a certain energy center and body structures, and its visualization directly influences these structures.

One immensely powerful and complex method for work with the light is the "Legacy of the colorful rays", combining work with the light and selected by Beinsa Douno formulas from the Bible, influencing the desadaptive mental models, symbolically said as micronucleus explosions. "The legacy of the colorful rays" can be compared to an icebreaker, breaking the negative mental complexes with an incredible power - power, embodied in the words of the formulas, coming from the non-dual spheres of the existence.

2. Fast - the remedial fast is an ancient and unusually effective method for psychophysical cleaning out and harmonization. During its practicing, not only the body is being cured, but the mental centers round the core of its internal integrative center, its supreme Self, and the "heavy" and painful mental complexes, dependences and neurotic processes naturally detach and disintegrate, releasing live mental energy.

3. Mental correspondence of the body organs and systems and their functioning - the Teacher Beinsa Douno speaks a lot about Love, Wisdom and Truth, the three qualities of the fire: warmth, light and power. The teacher conditionally divides the body into three zones: head - Wisdom, light; Heart and lungs - Love, joy, warmth; Stomach (from the diaphragm to the reproductive organs) - Truth, Freedom, will, power, life.

The teacher speaks about the mental functions or dysfunctions of each physical organ and system, which practically define their state of health or illness.

4. Breathing techniques - the Teacher Beinsa Douno gives lots of breathing exercises, conformed to the mental and physical structure of the Europeans, and emphasizes the direct connection between the cognitive and affective life of the individual and the breathing and the vast remedial potential of the consciously executed breathing methods!

5. Prayers, formulas, affirmations - the prayer is an eternal method for connection of the human person to the entirety of the cosmic life, the supreme spheres of the existence, with the own internal center - supreme Self. The remedial psychotherapeutical value of the sincere, conscious and qualitatively experienced prayer is amazing. The negligence of the contemporary science, which easily rejects everything, which cannot be explained by its primitive aids and comprehension, is astonishing. In this context, my modest opinion is that it is time in the field of the operating psychotherapy, this universal ancient, contemporary and eternal method to be introduced. I think that the given prayers, formulas and affirmations must be left in their current form and used in such a form during the work with people, sharing their initial principles. However, as far as some "joining" of the religious language and concepts to the scientific psychology and psychotherapy, filling of the gap between the modern psychology and the ancient psychology of the religion is needed, as well as because of the need of adjusting the speech in an accessible for a wide circle of customers form, I think appropriate, parallel to the use of prayers in their original form, their translation into psychological style, concepts and terminology.

6. Paneurhythmy - the dance of the cosmic rhythm with its slow measured rhythms, danced close to nature, somewhat looks like the eastern meditative Tai Chi gymnastics. Awareness of the psycho-energy movements in the body, the connection to the earth and sky are also practiced. In the progress of the exercises, the focus is moved to the higher meditative awareness of the life unity. Unlike the Eastern meditative Tai Chi gymnastics, Paneurhythmy is played in pairs: man-woman in a group circle, which multiplies its charge. The therapeutical and psycho-prophylactic power of Paneurhythmy is more and more highly evaluated. Currently, the dynamic meditation of this sacred dance is practiced in more than 30 countries worldwide.
