ABOUT GEORGI DIMITROV Elissaveta Nencheva When I was six I knew the whole poem about georgi dimitrov now I don’t know it and I didn’t know I am bulgarian now I know three stanzas and don’t know are there more. One day they went to bye me shoes not shovel-like with shoe-laces and not shovel-like without laces but real LADY SHOES to shine and they did hurt me and hurt me ever since and I dreamed that we went to bye me shoes and walk on the plaza but there are no people mom and dad walk ahead of me I hear steps and turn around and see one big monument of georgi dimitrov walks behind me quadrangular with bas-relief and watching me and another time I did dream him but he was wearing shoes.
